Staff Centre Group of Companies Statement on Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In view of the increasing risks associated with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Staff Centre Group of Companies is extremely concerned about the safety and well-being of our families, colleagues, clients and partners and in this connection has taken prudent precautionary measures to ensure that they continue to receive the best possible services and support in this regard.

Company Assurance for Shipowners

Staff Centre Group of Companies beforehand developed and implemented a Business Contingency Plan maintaining full service even during such disruptive incidents, such as COVID-19.

Our staff is working from local offices and from home and can be contacted as normal by email and telephone.

Company Guidance to Employees

All employees can work remotely as much as possible, and wherever possible, all offices remain open (until further notice).

The Company offices are supplied will face masks, disinfectors, chemical and medicines and etc.

Permanent health condition and immediate notifications in case of any deterioration.

The cancellation or postponement of physical events and business meetings planned for March and April.

Restriction of employee travel abroad.

Company Support to Crewmembers

The special Ship Contingency Plan against Coronavirus Disease was developed and circulated on all SCM vessels.

All vessels under SCM management will be supplied with face masks, disinfectors, chemicals and medicines taking into account local stock.

Possibility of forthcoming crew changes is attentively monitored by Staff Centre Crewing and travel company Vospaco.

Staff Centre Crewing is in touch with the families of crewmembers which currently on board and ready to provide any informational support.
