Management
Technical management and maintenance services aim to maintain vessels in optimum operational efficiency and robust condition while ensuring full compliance with continuously changing international and national rules and regulations as well as with the requirements of charterers and owners. Our techincal team is comprised of highly qualified, competent and experienced superintendents who effectively plan, monitor and coordinate the vessels’ certification, inspections, repairs, maintenance and dry-docking 24 hours a day.

Staff Centre Crewing Company acknowledges that the employment of competent crew is one of the most important factors which provide the safety of life at sea, the protection of maritime environment and the avoidance of damage to or loss of ships and their cargo. Therefore, our policy is to maintain the highest possible standards of a crew through careful selection, assessment and training in close cooperation with our Principals. Our qualified shore staff provides a full range of crew management solutions targeted to optimize crew costs without compromising on quality. Our severe recruitment procedures ensure that all crew members are well prepared for efficient work at sea.

Management
The full commercial management is represented by several main groups of services rendered by the Company as managers to their Clients: chartering, operations, calculations, controls & accounting which are provided by our partners and well-known companies on the world market: Messrs. Ocean Agencies Ltd., Agroship (UK) Ltd, Aquavita International SA and Harvester Shipmanagement Ltd. Together with the Commercial Managers we cooperate with H&M and P&I underwriters, S&P brokers and Flag Administrations.

Management System
E-SCMS (Electronic Staff Centre Management System) is a own certified electronic management system developed in accordance with the requirements of ISM and ISPS Codes, MLC 2006 and ISO 9001:2015. It facilitates the effective execution and implementation of business processes both in the Company’s office and onboard the vessels. This electronic system contains all procedures, forms and documents necessary for monitoring the routines of vessel operation and crew performance.

Planned Maintenance
ShipVisor program developed by own IT Company provides an organized approach to recording and reviewing shipboard equipment, inventory, and maintenance related data. The main goal is to keep the vessels operating in all aspects: maintain a good technical condition of the vessels and safe working practices at sea.
