Preparation for New PSC CIC on Stability

A new, previously postponed during 2020, Concentrated Inspection Campaign (CIC) on Stability in General was announced jointly by several PSC MoUs, commencing from 1 September 2021 and ending 30 November 2021.

The main aim of this PSC CIC is to ensure that stability systems onboard are installed, available and approved.

All responsible officers were trained to provide information on the stability calculations for the current or upcoming voyages and to demonstrate the emergency preparedness & response in various scenarios.
