Bribery and Corruption Intolerance

Staff Centre has been providing reliable and efficient crew management services for more than 15 years. Our Company always strives to bring the best service to all our Clients selecting experienced and well trained crew members from one side and, from other side, offering seafarers well paid jobs with attractive bonus system and conditions of employment. So, each seafarer is treated by Staff Centre as a client that gives them more and more benefits. In order to keep this trend in the same manner, we always improve our service keeping our crew management process on the up-to-date level and in compliance with MLC-2006 and ISO 9001:2008 requirements.

We always value seaman’s personal skills and moral qualities and among of the main requirements are the following: working with due diligence, dedication and responsibility, understanding the purpose set before, desire in development and self-education, communication skills and no alcohol abuse.

Moreover we have initiated extended cadet program, thanks to which we have already gained another young generation of officers to ensure we have sufficient quantity of crew members for the growing fleet of vessels.

The company policy has never changed since its foundation in 1999, as from the very beginning we have decided to count only on respect we earn and to undertake our business fairly with honesty and transparency. This must be reflected in every aspect of our business affairs.

It is Staff Centre’s Policy to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations governing anti bribery and corruption law in all countries, where we operate. Staff Centre has a zero tolerance approach to acts of bribery and corruption by employees or anyone acting on our behalf. Any breach of this policy will be considered as a serious matter by the Company, which will be resulted in a disciplinary action.
